Subject: 1. Changes to the Skeleton International Rules

Ladies and Gentlemen,
As a follow up to our previous messages, we would like to inform you of the following:
1. Changes to the International Rules for Skeleton
Last month we sent you the list of changes made to the Skeleton International Rules, approved
by the Executive Committee, as proposed by the Sports Committee.
Due to the fact that the change made to Art. 14.5 was not clearly stated, we have rewritten it in
a way that is more comprehensible.
Consequently, attached you will find the changes to the International Rules for Skeleton with
the improved text for the change to Art. 14.5.
We would like to bring to your attention that the changes made to the 2008 edition of the
Skeleton International Rules are not major ones, therefore, the Rules will not be reprinted prior
to the next Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver
